House Rules

1. – FOR MEN: No women are allowed at men's area. FOR WOMEN: No men allowed in women's areas.

2- Respect neighbors’ property and remember we are guests in their community.

3 – No weapons, knives, etc. allowed on property.

4 – Smoking or Vaping is permitted in designated areas only (NO SMOKING inside or in Front of the House.)

5 - No stealing. This is old, unhealthy behavior and will not be tolerated.

6- No negative contracts or causing other residents to be isolated/alienated.

7- No sexual relations in the house or on property. This is a zero tolerance rule and will result in immediate discharge.

8- No violence will be tolerated. This is a zero tolerance rule and will result in immediate eviction.

9– No Visitors allowed at this time due to the current pandemic. 

10– Every House meeting is Mandatory. This includes: Bible Studies/Church Attendance/ and Individual Treatment Program requirements (wherever you are receiving treatment)  

11– Must complete your weekly chore as assigned and GI as scheduled. Also, maintain your personal space/room. There will be routine inspection of residence and personal space to ensure a health conscious environment.

12– Front door must be locked and Lights / TV / Other Electronics off when you leave the residence.

13– We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and we do not recommend you bring anything of value into the house.

* Not following any of these rules will result in consequences such as a behavioral contract, blackout period, and may lead to eviction from Reclaim Property Management.
